  • On the cover of this magazine is the Kuyasa CDM Pilot Project (Platinum Award-Winner). Kuyasa has retrofitted 2300 RDP houses with solar water heaters, insulated ceilings and energy-efficient lighting, offsetting 6000 tons of CO2 every year.
  • A new category Impumelelo added in 2010 - Social Entrepreneur Awards - projects demonstrating effective replication since they were first recognised by Impumelelo.
