Focus on HIV/AIDS

This booklet in the Impumelelo best-practice series focuses on HIV/AIDS projects. In the five years between 1999 and 2003, 63 of the 905 submissions to the Impumelelo awards were devoted to HIV/AIDS projects. In 1999, three projects applied of which none were considered worthy of an award while in 2003, 18 projects applied and seven recieved awards. Of the 63 projects submitted, 14 recieved awards.
