Focus on Water

This booklet in the Impumelelo series focuses on water delivery and the management and conservation of water resources. Some best-practice models are drawn from the Impumelelo database, as are instances of schemes, some of which won Impumelelo awards, that have subsequently failed. In these examples an attempt is made to analyse the circumstances that led to the collapse or inffectiveness of the initiative.
