Impumelelo Series on Best Practice are case studies that analyse social innovations in particular sectors.
After 10 years Impumelelo has accumulated a formidable database of over a thousand project applications. These have formed the basis of its case study research programme, which links policy with implementation. Thus far Impumelelo has published case studies in

Currently a Rural Development case study is in the pipeline.
Researchers and student interns are used to investigate the key ingredients for the success of these projects.
Used as a resource manual at Impumelelo's national sector workshops, the case studies are an excellent track record of award-winners in the various policy sectors.
